Our state-of-the-art facility, located on the 40th floor of 7 World Trade Center, constructed in 2006 by Silverstein Properties, features breathtaking views of the New York City skyline and comprises four magnificent event spaces. Our versatility will enable you to host events for up to 300 in The Kayden Auditorium, receptions for 200 in our stylish Lobby, gatherings for as many as 80 guests in our Conference Room, and high-level meetings of up to 40 guests in our Boardroom.
Each of our spaces features striking design elements, highly flexible configurations and the latest in audio-visual technology, serviced by NYAS technical staff. All meeting rooms feature a variety of lighting options, electronic sun and blackout shades, pull-down screens, built-in front screen projectors, built-in audio and video recording equipment, teleconferencing capability, wireless access, and a podium and mic. A wide variety of additional audio visual equipment is also available.

Kayden Auditorium — With floor-to-ceiling windows that permit expansive views of the Hudson River, midtown Manhattan, the Woolworth Building, the Wall Street neighborhood, and the Brooklyn, Manhattan and Williamsburg Bridges, the auditorium boasts 3,550 square feet of meeting space. Seating arrangements can accommodate 300 people theatre style, 180 in a classroom setup, and 220 at round tables.

Conference Room — With 1,060 square feet, this enclosed elliptical room can accommodate 50 guests seated in a classroom setup, 86 seated theatre style, 80 for a reception, or 60 at round tables.

Lobby — Our striking lobby with hardwood floors, built-in wood banquettes, and a wall of windows offers a variety of flexible options to support events in adjoining meeting spaces and can function as a registration area, coffee break space, exhibit hall or lavish reception area.

Board Room — Appointed with photographs of past Academy presidents, the Boardroom can seat up to 28 guests around a hollow square table with 11 seats stretched along the room's perimeter. The room can accommodate 60 guests seated in a classroom setup, 100 theatre style, 95 for receptions, and 60 at round tables. Exceptional views of the Financial District from this room lend any event here an air of importance.
