Principal Scientist, PepsiCo Global R&D
Maike Rahn is a Principal Scientist in PepsiCo Global R&D supporting Quaker and based in Purchase, New York. As a member of the Nutrition Sciences team she is conducting research, supporting product development and PepsiCo’s sustainability goals. Her experience encompasses clinical research, epidemiology, and nutrition in a wide range of settings including industry, academia, and consulting. She has a PhD in Human Nutrition from Cornell University and a Diploma in Biology from the Georg-August University, Göttingen, Germany.
