Jingting Hui is a Sr. Data Scientist at PepsiCo R&D with a passion for applying advanced analytics to drive business impact in the Food & Beverages industry.

Her current projects focus on computer vision and speech recognition, where she leverages data sources in training and optimizing deep learning models to get insights in addressing business goals. In addition, she also collaborates with the team responsible for creating data visualization dashboards, computer-human interfaces, and automation processes.

Prior to joining PepsiCo, she was a student at DePaul University working on several machine learning projects for her master's program, for example, Mental Health Informatics Research Project, where she used unsupervised machine learning techniques in identifying latent topics of social network data.

Jingting received M.S. Data Science at DePaul University and B.S. Finance at the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign. She also completed the Credential of Readiness program from the Harvard Business School.​​
