Erica Cullmann

Senior Vice President, Operations

Erica Cullmann joined the Academy in 2006 as Manager of Meeting & Event Operations. She was most recently promoted to Senior Vice President, Operations and in this current capacity, she oversees the Meetings & Events Operations Team as well as the Customer Service Team. She also administers the organization's customer relationship management system.

Prior to joining the Academy, Erica was the Associate Director for the Office of SIG Services at the Association for Computing Machinery, a scientific and technical society with more than 100,000 members representing industry, academia and government institutions around the world whose mission includes uniting the world's computing educators, researchers and professionals to inspire dialogue, share resources and address the field's challenges through its various programs including publications, educational programs, public awareness activities, and special interest groups as well as sponsoring over 170 conferences annually. She supported the organization's special interests groups and volunteer leadership in administering their programs and was also responsible for overseeing the conference operations teams and logistics of many of the organizations largest conferences. Before joining ACM in 1999, Erica worked at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in NYC in Convention Services and Facility Operations.

Erica is a graduate of Syracuse University with a BA in General Studies.
