Presented by the New York City Department of Education and The New York Academy of Sciences

Dear NYCSEF Participants and Families,

The New York Academy of Sciences' NYCSEF Expo Event has been rescheduled for Sunday, February 26th in Shepard Hall at the City College of New York at 138th St. and Convent Ave. in Manhattan. This event will be for research projects only. We are in the process of scheduling a special springtime event for viewing and judging of proposals. Details about the proposals fair will be announced soon.

All research project boards have been safely packed, labeled, and secured by the Academy. On Saturday, February 25th Academy staff members will carefully unpack and set up the projects in the Great Hall in Shephard Hall. Students will have the opportunity to check their boards before the start of judging on Sunday between 8 and 9 am.

We sincerely hope that all students who were accepted into the competition will be able to attend and participate in the rescheduled fair.

For those students who were unable to set up last Saturday, February 12th, because of the Sabbath or other special circumstances, registration will be held from 8 – 9am on Sunday, February 26th, on the first floor of Shepard Hall.

Sincerely,
The NYAS Education Staff
