This symposium will explore how chemists and biologists are using the tools and philosophy of chemical biology to understand the molecular basis of neuronal function. The meeting will be comprised of a series of four scientific sessions that look at distinct molecular functions of a neuron. Each session will include four speakers. This two day meeting will conclude with a keynote session featuring a pioneer in the neuroscience field.
