The New York Academy of Sciences, with encouragement from the UN Secretary-General António Guterres and the support of the UN Deputy Secretary-General Amina J. Mohammed, presents the Second Annual Summit on Science Enablement for the Sustainable Development Goals to explore how science and technology can help strategically advance the delivery of the 2030 Agenda.

A key part of the Summit, Going for the Goals is designed to provide an opportunity to engage with leading innovators from the New York-area tech community who are creating breakthrough solutions for the most challenging SDG targets. Going for the Goals will feature 4-5 change leaders and innovators, including the including the winners of the SAP Next-Gen UN Global Goals Design Thinking Challenge, followed by interactive audience Q&A. The evening will conclude with a networking reception that will enable the audience to mingle with the speakers for informal discussions and conversations.
