Science Riot

Can Science Have a Sense of Humor?

Join us for a brainy comedy night where local scientists come up to the mic and test this hypothesis!

Our partners at Science Riot turn scientists into engaging speakers through immersive training in comedy writing and performance. Their newest cohort of comedians-in-training is ready to entertain you with their science-focused "late-night-style" stand-up performances. Come and cheer them on (or gently heckle them, if you’re so inclined!) as they entertain you with their brainy banter.

This is a great opportunity for both Members and non-Members to mingle over pre-show cocktails, enjoy our amazing views, and settle in for an evening of entertainment unlike anything you’ve ever seen before!

The bonus? Proceeds from the sale of your ticket will help Science Riot conduct more free comedy workshops for science professionals, teaching them to use the power of humor to connect with broad audiences, make complicated topics more accessible, and build greater public understanding and support for the sciences.

We hope you enjoy the show!
