STEM Camp Partners
STEM Camps are week-long day camps designed for middle schools students, specifically those in grades 5 through 8. Camps engage kids in hands on STEM experiences, which are guided by Academy scientists and staff. During the week, kids have an opportunity to take a deep dive into STEM topics, take STEM-focused field trips, and connect with real scientists and engineers, all while making new friends!
STEM Camps are aligned to the New York City Public Education Department calendar and provide a safe, enriching option for working parents during school vacations.
The New York Academy of Sciences has a long history of delivering enriching educational experiences to students in New York City. Campers work alongside our team of educators and other STEM professionals. A 1:5 staffing ratio allows instructors to give individual attention to each child.
STEM Camps are approved and accredited by the New York City Department of Health.
The cost of camp depends on the number of days and the subject matter. Camps typically cost $500 per week, but please consult the registration page for the specific camp you're interested in to confirm exact pricing.
