    With the global population expected to exceed 9 billion people by 2050, providing people sufficient protein without destroying the environment is an increasingly urgent problem. A recent UN Food and Agriculture Organization report proposes that entomophagy—insect eating—is a healthy and sustainable solution. Are bugs nutritious? What are the ecological ramifications? And why don't we eat bugs already?

    Join Louis N. Sorkin, Entomologist at the American Museum of Natural History, as we learn all about what bugs make a tasty treat and sample some yourself!
