Founder, mAIndfulness and Former Chief Innovation Officer, BlackRock

Kfir Godrich is the founder of mAIndfulness, a think tank and venture platform working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, quantum technologies, fintech, and digital infrastructure. He also invests in early-stage technology companies through Godrich Ventures.

Kfir spent more than a decade at BlackRock, most recently as Managing Director and Chief Innovation Officer, and previously as Global Head of Technology, with responsibility spanning data, AI, and information security. He served on the firm’s Global Operating Committee. Before BlackRock, he held senior technology leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard and EYP Mission Critical Facilities, where he designed infrastructure for some of the world’s most powerful supercomputers and was awarded patents in modular data centers and fuel-cell power. He began his career as an officer in the Israeli Air Force.

Named to the World Top 100 in AI, Kfir speaks internationally on AI, infrastructure, and the future of finance. He serves on the board of OnCorps AI and advises companies in artificial intelligence, quantum computing, fintech, and digital infrastructure. He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
