Lalitaa J. Isahack, SPHR, CPSP serves as Senior Vice President, Human Resources & Compliance Officer, where she provides executive leadership and strategic oversight and direction for the organization’s human capital strategy in support of the Academy’s mission and long-term priorities. Lalitaa has enterprise-wide responsibility for HR governance, talent and succession strategy, executive compensation support, organizational effectiveness, and culture. She oversees all aspects of people operations, ensuring policies, programs, and practices align with best-in-class governance standards while fostering a high-performing, inclusive, and values-driven workplace.

With more than 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, Lalitaa brings deep expertise in strategic workforce planning, change management, employee relations, and leadership development. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and maintains Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Certified Plan Sponsor Professional (CPSP) credentials.
