Thomas C. Franco

Mr. Franco joined CD&R in 2006 after advising the Firm for 15 years. He is responsible for managing relationships with critical external stakeholders, including limited partners, and leads fundraising and related capital access activities. He is involved in guiding the Firm’s ESG initiatives. Previously, Mr. Franco served as chairman and CEO of Broadgate Consultants, an advisor to private equity managers that he founded in 1987. He successfully launched a global alternative assets publishing business, PEI Media, and, earlier, practiced corporate law. He helped to establish and serves on the board of the Private Capital Research Institute. Mr. Franco has a J.D. from Fordham University and a B.A. from The University of Notre Dame.
