    This three session series will cover intellectual property protection, business structure and organization, and venture capital and angel financing with a focus on the important legal underpinnings and issues involved. Whether you’re a scientist, doctor, or inventor working in an institution or you’re looking to start a venture, a basic understanding of the these facets of early stage ventures is to your advantage. Thomas Halket and Theodore Weitz, from Halket Weitz LLP, and Paul Ellis from Scarola Ellis LLP will present this three night introductory session geared for the busy scientist, doctor or individual.
